Our Services

We understand that each project is unique therefore we believe our services should be flexible enough to accommodate each project.

We do this by offering many design and architectural service elements, which can be selected to create an individual service package. A package, which works to achieve your optimum result within your budget.

The following is a list of service elements we provide for both residential and commercial projects:

First Stage

  1. Detailed existing site survey plus digital photographs
  2. Production of the existing floor plans and elevations, for your information and design purposes
  3. Preliminary sketch schemes drawings and ideas in order to provoke potential final design.
  4. Production of detailed proposed floor plans and elevations for design purposes.
  5. Concept interior design schemes individualised to you.
  6. Collation of the Planning application package; comprising of existing and proposed drawings, site survey details and photographs.

Second Stage

  1. Production of Building Regulations drawings prior to commencement of works under a Commencement Notice or Full Plans application
  2. Tender administration and the ‘find a builder’ process, which involves selecting seven to ten potential suitable contractors, distributing the Specification & Schedule of Works and showing interested contractors around the site to discuss the Specification in more detail.
  3. Production of Specification & Schedule of Works document for use in the tender process and for the building regulations application

Third Stage

  1. Contract Administrator of the JCT Minor Works Contract for when the project is on site and in progress.
  2. We will attend the property at regular intervals, as well as and when required, to check on the progressing works.
  3. We are the first stage of contact for all orders, deliveries, seconafary tradesmen and contractors
