We have achieved planning in a Conservation area at Merton BC where the previous planning applictions were poor design. Our planning strategy was to update the 80’s design.
On this particular project we ended up maximising the tricky site with and creating (6no.) new two and three bed flats with future potential for a ground floor flat. The project was full detailed and tendered by Barnes design and completed at the end of 2016.
