Stage 1 - DESIGN TO PLANNING

We start by understanding your property, your brief, your budget and the planning context. This usually includes a site visit, measured survey, review of planning history and development of concept design options.

Stage 2 - DETAILING & TENDER

Once the design is agreed, we prepare the technical information needed to move the project towards pricing and construction.
