The brief was to maximise the value of this 2nd floor maisonette to the maximum. We designed a new mansard loft conversion with roof terrace which also enabled a 2nd bedroom and large kitchen dining, living space within the 1st floor accommodation. Our client was very happy with the result and on receiving a valuation, to our complete surprise, promptly sold the property!
